Terms of Service Glo Aesthetics (Glo House of Aesthetics)

Welcome to Glo Aesthetics.
These Terms of Service govern all Gold, Silver and Bronze memberships, treatments, bookings and use of our website (www.glohoa.com). By enrolling in a membership or booking a treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership Term
All memberships are entered into for a minimum fixed term of 12 months from the date of registration and acceptance.
Memberships automatically renew for successive terms unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least 31 days prior to the renewal date.
2. Effective DateYour membership becomes active on the date you complete registration and your application is accepted by Glo Aesthetics.
3. Membership FeesMembership pricing varies depending on tier (Gold, Silver or Bronze).
• Fees are payable monthly over a 12-month period.
• Any set-up fee applicable to your membership tier will be communicated at sign-up.
• Renewal pricing, if adjusted, will be communicated at least 31 days prior to renewal.By enrolling, you commit to the full 12-month payment agreement.
4. Payment Schedule
• Payments are collected monthly in accordance with your agreed payment schedule.
• It is the member’s responsibility to ensure funds are available on the due date.
• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
5. Late Payment Fees
A late fee of £10 per week will be added to any overdue payment.Late fees are cumulative and will continue until the outstanding balance is cleared. Membership benefits may be paused during periods of non-payment.
6. Membership BenefitsEach membership tier (Gold, Silver, Bronze) includes a defined number of aesthetic treatments per year as outlined in your selected package.Benefits may include, but are not limited to:
• Botulinum toxin treatments
• Skin boosters
• Polynucleotides
• Other aesthetic services as detailed in your membership plan
Glo Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or enhance membership benefits with reasonable notice.All treatments are subject to medical consultation and suitability. Clinical decisions remain at the discretion of the practitioner.
7. Access and Use of Services
Members may access services during normal operating hours, subject to:
• Clinical suitability assessments
• Appointment availability
• Compliance with clinic policies
Failure to adhere to clinic policies, inappropriate behaviour, or misuse of services may result in suspension or termination.
8. Membership RenewalMemberships renew automatically unless written notice is provided at least 31 days before the end of the current term.
Glo Aesthetics reserves the right to adjust renewal pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Termination of Membership
By the Member
Memberships are structured as 12-month payment agreements. Early termination by the member is not permitted and all outstanding payments remain payable.
By Glo Aesthetics
We reserve the right to terminate membership for:
• Non-payment
• Breach of clinic rules
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
• Conduct deemed incompatible with the clinic environmentIn cases of termination for cause, remaining payments remain due and no further treatments will be provided.
10. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. By enrolling, you commit to the full 12-month payment agreement.
Missed or unused treatments within a membership period do not qualify for refund.
11. Member ResponsibilitiesMembers agree to:• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact details
• Disclose relevant medical history
• Follow aftercare advice provided
• Attend appointments punctually
• Respect clinic policies and staff
Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in treatment refusal.
12. Code of Conduct
Members must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Harassment, aggression, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
13. Medical DisclaimerAll treatments are subject to consultation and clinical assessment. Results vary between individuals.Glo Aesthetics does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes. Treatment plans may be adjusted based on medical suitability and practitioner judgement.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.By enrolling in a membership, you consent to the collection and use of your information for:
• Membership administration
• Appointment reminders
• Clinical records
• Relevant communications
You may update communication preferences at any time.
15. Intellectual PropertyAll branding, content, imagery and materials provided by Glo Aesthetics remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
16. Events and Promotions
Members may be offered exclusive access to events or promotions. Glo Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or cancel events with reasonable notice.17. Changes to TermsWe reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes.Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
18. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of UK courts.
19. Force MajeureGlo Aesthetics shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
